Job Introduction

We’re looking for a talented and commercially minded Land Disposals Manager to join our high-performing Land Development Team and help unlock value from one of the largest land portfolios in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, logistics, natural capital, leisure and renewable opportunities
As part of an experienced team of Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, delivering successful land disposals, and generating significant value from Tarmac’s extensive property portfolio. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to shape the future use of land assets across the UK while working on projects ranging from residential developments to major commercial and logistics schemes
