The Role
Manage a diverse caseload across the mining lifecycle, including land access, exploration, development and closure matters.
Negotiate and draft native title and heritage agreements and advise on relevant legislation and regulatory compliance.
Represent clients in National Native Title Tribunal proceedings while maintaining direct client relationships and mentoring junior lawy...
