We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh. This role will be based either in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The LAC Portfolio Solutions Leader will lead the strategy, development and regional delivery of Portfolio Solutions across Marsh Risk in LAC. Serve as the primary liaison with market, leading stakeholders management. Build and scale proprietary solutions that align with business strategy, improve placement outcomes through transformational efficiencies, and deliver measurable client value. Own the strategy, governance, execution, and cross-functional alignment required to accelerate solution adoption, optimize placement channels.
What do you need to have:
12+ years’ experience in insurance broking, placement, portfolio solutions, underwriting, or related fields with proven regional exposure.
