Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant, to be based at our branch.
You are responsible for, inclusive of, but not limited to: Retaining all clients and servicing clients in terms of all IR issues. All clients are contacted as per schedule.
These typical Labour Law issues can range from: Chairing of disciplinary inquiries. Drafting of judgements for clients. Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance. Drafting and implementing policies.
To more complex issues like: Strike management. Package & Remuneration
