We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Laboratory Technical Assistant** to support our Lead Scientists and Technology Leaders in a dynamic laboratory environment. In this role, you will help execute experimental activities and support product development by following established protocols. Your work will contribute directly to innovative research, development, and commercialization efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of chemists and engineers to develop, test, and commercialize new products and processes.
