Laboratory Operations Coordinator

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will act as the central point of contact between internal lab teams and external partners to track, manage, and relay critical information of our laboratory data and results.

This position will suit a self-driven person, with the ability to communicate efficiently, be proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks accurately with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Synlait internal stakeholders and external laboratory providers.
• Coordinate communications to ensure testing requirements, priorities, and issues are effectively managed.
• Monitor turnaround times across internal and external laboratories against defined KPIs.
