Laboratory manager

Job Description Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and testing schedules Supervise concrete, steel, and composite materials testing Ensure accurate data recording, analysis, and reporting Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and inventory control Enforce safety procedures and compliance with SANS/ASTM/ISO standards Support engineers with prototype and structural testing activities Skills & Experience Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in construction materials or engineering laboratory testing Knowledge of SANS, ASTM, or ISO testing standards Experience with hydraulic or materials testing equipment Strong organisational and reporting skills Qualifications National Diploma / BTech / BSc in Civil Engineering, Materials Science
