Responsibilities
Responsible for HR administration and labor relations management of all expatriate workers and employees on the project. Handle workers onboarding, resignation, transfer, personnel file establishment and data updating. Manage attendance records, verify payroll data, and prepare monthly labor statistics and reports. Maintain and manage labor-related documentation including labor cards, visas, work permits and insurance records. Assist in handling wage disputes, employee grievances and workforce disciplinary matters. Organize worker induction programs, policy communication and daily workforce engagement activities. Coordinate manpower requirements and workforce allocation with various project departments. Perform other administrative and management duties assigned by the Office Manager.
