Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling medium- and high-complexity cases and a strategic case portfolio.
- Drafting procedural documents and filings for all stages of the litigation process.
- Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Brazilian Public Labor Prosecutor's Office).
- Conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments.
- Providing legal advice on routine matters and on specific projects.
Requirements
- Law degree (complete).
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in good standing.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with strategic litigation.
- Experience applying AI tools to support analysis and day-to-day tasks.
