Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Lab Technician to support plating operations and laboratory testing within a manufacturing environment in Warren, MI. This role is responsible for monitoring plating baths, performing chemical analysis, documenting test results, and helping ensure production processes remain within specification. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
+ Monitor and maintain plating bath chemistry to support production requirements.
+ Conduct daily inspections of the production floor using an iPad to identify process variations or equipment concerns.
