The Lab Technician will engage in daily lab tasks to support the development of new paint formulas. This includes preparing panels, monitoring dry times, conducting adhesion tests, and documenting results. + Conduct laboratory testing including viscosity, lap shear adhesion, and tensile strength, with a focus on adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
+ Prepare, conduct, and report on product testing and development.
+ Maintain detailed and organized documentation of work performed.
+ Practice safe work habits and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and regulations.
