L3/4 Kubernetes migration tech lead (Weekends, Shifts) #IKR

Successful candidate must be comfortable with rotation shifts and weekends as and when required.

Responsibilities:

Kubernetes Migration Leadership & Strategy

. Lead end-to-end Kubernetes and container platform migration initiatives to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

. Define container modernization strategies including replatforming and microservices adoption.

. Oversee migration lifecycle including assessment, design, deployment, validation, cutover, and stabilization.

. Ensure technical integrity and governance of container migration workstreams.

. Define best practices for container architecture, scalability, resilience, and security.

. Collaborate with application teams, DevOps, and stake holders to align migration outcomes with business objectives.
