Job Description
1. L3 Production Support
- Provide L3 production support for Investment & Wealth applications.
- Monitor application health and ensure production stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
2. Incident & Problem Management
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and application defects.
- Coordinate with L1/L2 support teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of incidents and problem tickets.
- Support minor enhancements and bug fixes in existing applications.
- Analyse impact for change requests and production fixes.
- Participate in deployment validation and post-release support.
3. Database Support
- Work with: Microsoft SQL Server.
- Analyse SQL queries and support data validation activities.
- Troubleshoot database-related application issues.
