Join Compugen as a Deskside L2-L3 Support Specialist in Edmonton. This on-site role offers both remote and in-person technical support for various devices ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational success.
You will provide comprehensive deskside support, addressing hardware and software issues while overseeing user onboarding and offboarding processes. Your knowledge in Microsoft 365 and network troubleshooting will enable seamless connectivity for teams. Documenting incidents and maintaining ticket accuracy will be key components of your responsibilities.
