L2 Infra & Platform Database Administrator (Philippines)

As an L2 Infra & Platform Database Administrator, you will maintain and support the databases underpinning the ARROW platform, ensuring high performance, security, and availability. You will handle routine operations, assist with upgrades, and collaborate with engineers to optimise data storage.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Manage and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Monitor database performance, proactively identify issues, and implement tuning or corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database problems efficiently, collaborating with L3 engineers when necessary.
• Implement security measures, perform backups and recovery operations, and document procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing database upgrades and migrations.
