L1 Support & Webmaster: CMS, Analytics & SLAs (SG)

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an L1 Support / Webmaster to manage day-to-day website updates and maintain content accuracy. The role requires experience in using web analytics tools and ticket management systems like JIRA.
