L1 Support Engineer: Salesforce/Workato/UiPath (12-Month)

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a L1 Support Engineer for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will provide first‑line operational support across multiple enterprise platforms, including Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud, Workato, UiPath RPA, Workday/Cumulus, Tableau, and Slack.

You will manage tickets, ensure SLAs, and coordinate with L2 teams. Requirements include prior IT helpdesk or application support experience and strong communication skills.
