L1 Support Engineer — Multi-Platform IT Helpdesk

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an L1 Support Engineer to join its IT operations team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise platforms, handling user requests, tickets, and SLA adherence.

You’ll triage issues, coordinate with L2, document runbooks, and provide clear status updates to end users while maintaining knowledge bases across Salesforce, Workato, UiPath, Workday/Cumulus, Tableau and Slack.
