Network Operations, Administration, Maintenance, Technical Support, Monitoring, Change Management, RCA, and Documentation.

• 24x7 network monitoring and alert management.
• First-level troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network circuits. Incident logging, ticket management, escalation, and follow-up.
• Network health checks and performance monitoring.
• User MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) requests.
• Maintaining network documentation and inventory records.
• Monitoring security logs and reporting abnormalities.
• Supporting firmware/software upgrades under supervision.
• Coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for fault resolution.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Root Cause Analysis ownership for Severity-1 incidents.
