KY11 - Education Centre Manager

Working hours: 4 weekday (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM) + 1 weekend (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM). Working location: Responsible for overseeing two centres (Punggol and City Square Mall). Salary: $4200 – $5000.

Job Description:

• The firm specialises in English language and Writing classes for primary and secondary level students.
• We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead the daily operations, service standards and business performance of our enrichment centre.
• This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee centre sales, student retention, customer experience, team performance and smooth centre operations. You will work closely with teachers, centre staff and support departments to ensure that students and parents receive a strong and consistent experience.
