This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation, on their transformation journey. The consultant will provide HR policy and advisory support as the programme requirements are established and the new organisation is defined.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• strong HR policy expertise within public sector organisations
• experience providing organisation transformation advisory support
• knowledge of employment policy and HR governance
• ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• existing valid SC NPPV2 / CTC clearance
