Job Overview

We are looking for a work‑life coordinator to lead our work‑life project, which focuses on promoting leadership and work‑life skills among young women.

Responsibilities

• Recruit work‑trial participants and guide their work according to the goals of the project.
• Organise workshops and events on leadership and work‑life skills for young women.
• Collaborate with partners and work from the company office.
• Implement project activities within the given timeframe and report on progress.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Energetic and goal‑oriented.
• Background in social work (sosionomi).
• Previous experience as a work‑life coach or guide, and in project implementation and reporting.

Location & Schedule

Level 5 classification under the Social Sector Organizations Collective Agreement.
