Kitchen Technician

Good knowledge hand on experience with industrial kitchen & laundry equipments like industrial boilers, ironing & pressing machine, combi ovens, rational ovens, hot plates, LPG systems, Deep fryers, refrigerators, ice machines, water coolers, BBQ machines, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventive Maintenance for all above listed equipments
• Perform scheduled inspections and servicing of kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintain PPM records and logs for all equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Conduct routine checks on

• Boilers inspect pressure, temperature, safety valves, and water levels.
• Ovens, Hot Plates, Fryers, BBQ Machines clean burners, check thermostats, and calibrate controls.
• Refrigerators, Ice Machines, Coolers - check refrigerant levels, clean coils, and inspect door seals.
