The Kitchen and refrigeration technician is responsible for the maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment and related appliances in the hotel and makes sure overall equipment are in greatest condition.

• Attend daily briefing
• Performs major and/or minor repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment including hot cooking and refrigeration equipment as well Laundry equipment.
• Follow the routine Preventive & corrective Maintenance task activity of kitchen & laundry equipment and recorded accordingly. All electrical and gas operated equipment to be repaired and maintained at high standard.
