Role Overview

Key Duties

• Collect dirty plates, cups, and trays from the returning flights and put them safely into the large automatic washing machines.
• Wash the large cooking pots, metal spoons, and kitchen tables using special soap and hot water to kill all germs.
• Dry the clean plates and cups, organize them neatly on the storage racks, and make sure the kitchen floor is always dry and safe to walk on.
