Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meat products on the grill according to recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking area.
• Ensure mise-en-place is performed accurately to meet service demands.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience Level: 0–2 years in a kitchen or related role
