Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Food Preparation
Assist chefs in basic food preparation duties Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients Prepare simple dishes and mise en place as assigned Kitchen Operations
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies Ensure ingredients are properly labelled and stored Support chefs during service operations Cleaning & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations Wash kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards Inventory Support
Assist in stock arrangement and stock rotation Report low stock items to supervisors or chefs Team Support
Support kitchen team in daily operations Carry out duties assigned by Head Chef or Sous Chef
