Job Description

The Kid's Club Coordinator will manage daily operations, activities, and safety for children at the hotel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the smooth running of the Kids Club on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
• Create new, unique and interesting kids activities that draw upon the best cultural, activities or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located. Ensure outsourced service provides are of good quality.
• Know the products and services offered by the hotel.
• Lead the implementation of all health and safety codes in the kids activities of the hotel, and in particular take full and complete care of children.
• Lead the Rixos Children program.
• Provide a safe, fun and interactive environment to children using the Kid’s Club.
