Job Overview: Control Hub Manila performs key controls testing on behalf of First Line Management of ING around the globe. We contribute to the risk management practices of the bank by checking the effectiveness and existence of the design and actual operation of controls against best practices, regulations, minimum standards, policies, and procedures. You will be part of a KCT Circle comprising a pool of key control testers and will be reporting to a service delivery lead and circle lead. Your role entails interacting with stakeholders from different countries around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Key Control Testing from a First Line of Defense perspective in line with the Global Procedure Non-Financial Risk Key Controls Identification, Monitoring and Evaluation and/or SOx Content Binder.
