Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
Technical or sales experience having worked or sold plastic raw materials such as master batch and/or related products into the plastic manufacturing converters is preferred.
Knowledge of injection, extrusion and/or blow moulding or related plastic converting production is preferred.
The company is happy to train a technical person who has worked on plastic converting machines into a technical sales role.
Strong technical knowledge of masterbatch formulations, pigment dispersion, and plastic raw materials (PE, PP, PET, PS, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must have commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
