A position has arisen in our KZN branch for a Key Accounts Manager. The successful applicant will report to the Sales Executive for the company

Duties and responsibilities: Day-to-day calling on customers and management of identified key accounts Day-to-day management of customer needs through forecast/ demand management Managing and co-ordinating all relevant customer accounts Completing all documentation relevant to customer accounts and sales transactions Interfacing with Production and Planning and Design departments for benefit of Key Accounts Implementing and maintaining effective FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 operating procedures and work instructions Developing effective relationships with new and current Key Account Customers Monitoring competitor activity proactively and implement effective strategies for countering competitor activity Managing small team of wage (line) staff effectively Presenting professional price proposals in writing to all customers Ensuring all custo...
