Job Description

The Key Accounts Coordinator is responsible for the entire logistics cycle of company solutions to the assigned client. They lead the client’s account in a collaborative and integrated approach while ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are met daily.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Receive pre-alerts, concerns, complains, etc., from clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal team.
  • Book, arrange and prepare for customers meetings (face to face / Skype / Web Meeting / etc).
  • Perform business development visits & calls to appropriate contacts within existing and prospect customers, according to the agreed activity KPIs and sales processes.
  • Prepare for bids, offers & RFQs, with full support from Sales Support, Projects Team, Management and the Business Development Unit, to ensure that we meet agreed customer deadlines respectively.
