Job Description
- Support day-to-day operations for offline key accounts
- Assist in consolidating and analyzing sales and store-level data (e.g. sell-out, productivity), and provide basic insights
- Monitor product stock status (e.g. OOS / DC) and assist in replenishment and order coordination
- Support the execution of VM (visual merchandising) materials, including store follow-ups and on-site support (e.g. installation / display adjustments)
- Track store performance and feedback, and assist in resolving basic operational issues
- Assist in cross-functional coordination (warehouse, marketing, VM teams, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with data
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
