- Conduct and evaluate business operational review
- Evaluates and recommends necessary actions on performance
- Assists for yearly projection planning in fuel, lubes and LPG, to ensure that every station target is attainable.
- Analyzes requests for localized promotions and provides recommendations, and reports results/effects of promo to management after implementation
- Processes price matching requests and other pricing programs, and ensures competitive positioning against direct competitor
- Monitors marketing/promo program that is implemented in every station or area assignment, and ensures competitive positioning against direct competitors
- Assist in Identification and Solicitation of P.O account and other customers
- Prepares volume reports on sell-in/ sell-out of fuels, sell-in of lubes and sell-in LPG
