The Opportunity
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the strategic commercial lead for a defined set of NHS Trusts and providers, acting as the single point of contact across Cochlear’s implant and upgrade portfolio. This role is responsible for driving account performance, building trusted stakeholder relationships, and creating sustainable growth plans that align with customer priorities and patient needs. Working closely with Clinical Account Managers, Surgical Managers, and engagement teams, the KAM helps remove pathway barriers, supports service development, and positions Cochlear as a long-term strategic partner.
Location: Field-based role, covering accounts within Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff
