Job Description

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and developing the assigned portfolio of operators in their territory, ensuring active commercial presence, strong client relationships and sustained revenue growth for Evolution in each account. This role combines the management of existing accounts with the identification of upselling opportunities, the execution of the local commercial strategy and direct operator support across Evolution's full product portfolio.

Client Portfolio Management

  • Manage and develop the assigned operator portfolio, ensuring an active, close and growth-oriented commercial relationship with each client.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operators on all commercial matters: product, promotions, performance and issue resolution.
