The KWH & Teka KAM will manage the planning and execution of the yearly sales forecast. This person will create strategies to introduce Midea products to new clients and increase market share in the Colombian market. This role requires close cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
