- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through farming, renewals, and expansion
- Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and, where applicable, new logo acquisition (BD + KAM scope)
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers via consultative selling
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits; maintain strong field/client-facing presence
- Use CRM, pipeline reporting, and sales analytics to track performance and forecast accurately
