Job type: Full Time, Fixed Term role covering parental leave for 8 months. Location: Te Tari Matua, Pōneke – National Office, Wellington.

Role Description

This role ensures timely processing of payroll for the Ministry and requires a professional who can hit the ground running with strong payroll expertise.

Reporting

Reporting to the Team Leader, Payroll, the Payroll Advisor will work as part of a small team to provide high‑quality payroll advice and support to Te Puni Kōkiri.

• Process payroll accurately and on time using Pay Global and other payroll software.
