RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver results and excellence in execution.
  • Comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, and picture of success in each customer service.
  • Develop and manage the sales plan for your territory (Logical Paths) based on the delivery of business priorities.
  • Manage territory, channel, and account performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, working with clients and distributors to guarantee delivery of forecast and budget (volume, value, execution) in line with the Bacardi Scorecard.
  • Act as the leading contact with clients, creating effective long‑term relationships.
  • Monitor competition activities and generate action plans based on analysis.
