Legal Counsel, Madrid, 5‑8 years' experience (private practice experience essential)

I am looking for a Spanish‑qualified Legal Counsel (5‑8 PQE) to join a small, but high‑performing legal team (based across UK and Spain).

Role

This is a broad commercial role with a strong advisory focus, including:

• Supplier & customer agreements
• MSAs, licensing, distribution & framework arrangements
• General commercial governance and support
• Exposure to corporate and cross‑functional legal work as needed

What the team is looking for

• Previous experience at a leading law firm
• Bilingual Spanish–English (professional fluency in both)
• Strong commercial contracts background
• Experience with English law matters or UK‑facing work (secondments or cross‑border exposure highly desirable)
• Pragmatic, business‑minded legal approach
