Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Web Editor to work with ICT colleagues and services across the council to improve online user experiences for Warwickshire residents. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in public services and how we can deliver them digitally to our customers.
About the role

You will:
Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver customer-focussed services via our online platforms

Contribute to the support and maintenance of multiple systems, both for internal use as well as external customer facing

Make improvements to web content to enable accessibility, readability and to bring in line with the digital style guide

Liaise with stakeholders across business, managing expectations and influencing views and opinions

Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
