Junior Training & Transformational Business Analyst

**What You’ll Be Doing**
The **Junior Training and Transformation Business Analyst** will evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives through surveys, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis. They are also responsible for supporting organizational change management (OCM) and communications activities, developing training and enablement materials, and driving user adoption to help ensure successful implementation of organizational, process, and technology changes.
