Job Description

Project Overview

Located 800 km northeast of Lima, Peru, Yanacocha is South America’s largest gold mine. The WTP Project consists of two of the largest acid water treatment plants in South America – the West plant with a capacity of 3,000 m³ per hour and the East plant with 2,700 m³ per hour. Early works are currently being performed on site, preparing the permanent platforms and lay‑down areas for the East and West plants, as well as the Class 2 estimate, Level 3 schedule and Execution Plan.

Job Summary

In this role, you will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders. Through coordination and instruction of subcontractor management staff, your field supervision will help ensure operations are planned to coincide with overall schedules and that work methods are planned and executed safely.
