Junior Ship Agent/logistics Coordinator

**About the Position**
These are entry level roles, and you will be learning the many aspects of the position while working side-by-side with experienced mentors as well as other Juniors that started with you. Digital and on-site training will be provided to help you achieve operational independence, and you will be supporting operations early on.

**Daily Tasks**
After training, you will support operations and company strategy while performing the following tasks:
- Documentation and clearance of ships upon arrival and departure
- Communication with all involved parties during ships’ port calls
- Cooperating with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to provide quality service
- Planning and following up on your tasks
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks such as invoicing for services provided
