Role Purpose
We want to make buying and using our business products simple and easy for customers. To make this happen, our products need to be launched quickly and effectively based on Business customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, ART Syncs).
- Identify, track, and resolve impediments, escalating systemic issues where required.
- Ensure the path is clear: removing blockers, securing capacity, providing seamless communications and working to clarify the sprint backlog.
- Ensure accurate Jira usage, backlog hygiene, and delivery transparency through metrics.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and support stakeholder alignment, ensuring deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.
