Junior Scheduler (Quebec City)

As a Lead scheduler, you will be responsible for management of day‑to‑day project related scheduling works and team, including but not limited to creating, monitoring, and analyzing project scheduling activities for Ship repair projects/programs, in line with corporate scheduling processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling effort on Ship repair program, with all interfaces and deliverables related to schedule, progress measurement, analysis and reporting and management of team of schedulers as applicable.
• Establish work breakdown structures, key project milestones, and project reporting baselines with PMO and Client.
• Monitor and analyze updated project schedules in accordance to approved project baselines.
• Timely delivery of progress and performance reports with required quality and analysis as required by the program/contract.
