Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to support cost estimation for ACMV, Electrical, Ducting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems.
- Support site briefings, surveys, and basic data collection to understand project requirements.
- Source and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison and evaluation.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), costing summaries, and tender submissions.
- Perform basic cost analysis under guidance to support budgeting and cost optimization efforts.
- Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align estimates with project requirements.
- Support documentation and coordination throughout the tendering and project execution process.
