Job Description
Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team and build a rewarding career in executive search and talent acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding
- Work closely with clients to understand their team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations
- Source and connect with suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to better understand experience, career goals, and overall role fit
- Build strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication and professional support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding client relationships through market outreach and referrals
