Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial construction project. Working as part of an established commercial and project delivery team, you will support the management of contractor and subcontractor packages throughout both the pre-contract and post-contract phases of the project lifecycle.
This role offers excellent exposure to large-scale engineering and construction works and would suit an individual looking to further develop their commercial and contract management experience within a complex project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract Activities
- Support the preparation and administration of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
- Assist with supplier and contractor pre-qualification activities, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
